People prefer to relieve themselves from the monotony with a small chat with a co-worker at the desk itself. The floor fitness challenge is meant to engage people into some physical activity (with a large fun quotient) to break the monotony and also make them aware of their dipping fitness levels....

There are multiple themes out of which any three or more could be used to organize a week of engagements.
