Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances. But humans are gifted with a “Coping (Bring to Normalcy) Mechanism”. Till the time the body copes with it fine. But when the body and mind are unable to cope up with the stress then there is a problem. We categorize stress Management programmes in two buckets – those which empower / enable participants to keep stress away and those that empower / enable participants with coping strategies to manage unavoidable stress.
