A large percentage of people especially in the IT industry are rooted to their desks for work. A short stroll after every couple of hours is recommended but does not happen. People prefer to relieve themselves from the monotony with a small chat with a co-worker at the desk itself. The floor fitness challenge is meant to engage people into some physical activity (with a large fun quotient) to break the monotony and also make them aware of their dipping fitness levels.
