Detailed Job Description
Role

  • Pre Sales resources would be allocated to certain Sales & Account Managers to support in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) from the client / prospects for upselling / new sale opportunity.

Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals. To make compelling proposals he / she would have to

  • Understand the wellness space
  • Think creatively
  • Articulate clearly
  • Replying to customers following requests for information and proposal requests.
  • Providing ongoing support for customers post implementation.
  • producing detailed costing for customers and ensuring the contract is profitable.

(For this he / she would have to engage with the Product team and programme management)
Person Specification

  • A graduate in any stream
  • Belief in health being a priority in life
  • Some prior work experience of at least a year – this could be a summation of all projects done as an intern too
  • Excellent command over English language (Written and spoken)
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Power point
  • Keenness to learn.
